We want you to love your Sun Bum products, but if something isn't right, we offer free returns and exchanges on all items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all skincare and sun protection products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and securely pack your items in their original box.

Ship It Back

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location. We’ll notify you via email as soon as your return is received at our warehouse.

Get Your Refund

After inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Hang tight, your money is on the way!
